SADIE GRAY, ISSA CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER AND NUTRITION COACH

I love to help people find their strength, and with that, their confidence.

I spend most of my time coaching lifestyle clients, but training for sport is what really makes my fire burn. I was a multi-sport athlete and coach’s kid growing up, so I am no stranger to the grind to be great. From the basketball and volleyball court to the softball diamond and golf course, I was always at some practice or camp, and I learned very early on that I love this shit.

If you’re an athlete looking to be at the top of your game, search no further… I gotchoo, I build challenging programs to give you a competitive edge and keep you at your prime.

I can tell you I’m awesome all day long, but here’s what my clients have to say:

“I decided to invest in my health and signed up for PT with Sadie and honestly, it’s the best decision I have made in a few years. I’m finally starting to see some progress again. Not just the feeling better and actually sleeping more than five hours a night kind of progress… but also the progress of moving the weight easier, using less assistance and modifications, and just feeling better. If you can afford it, invest in PT sessions, because you will be investing in yourself as well.” – Karin Røkke, Meathead Athletics personal training client

“The level of understanding that I needed/wanted in my programming from Sadie is scary good. I’ve been working with her over the last several months, and I can’t wait to see what she has next! Best personalized training plan I’ve ever had. It’s everything I love, with just enough of the bitch work I have to do to get me going! It’s perfect! Sadie is available and very reactive!” – Kim LeComte, Meathead Athletics personal training client

“For years, I’ve struggled with not knowing how to compliment my training with nutrition. Usually I’d train hard, but not put a second thought into any adjustments I’d need to make for what I need to eat to get the most out of my training. The ladies were able to explain how counting macros works and the importance of weighing your food for me to start seeing serious gains. They’ve been invaluable to my training journey.” – Chris Headley, Meathead Athletics nutrition client
