Bulletproof 12 week training plan


Bulletproof is the new evolution of powerbuilding. If you want to be strong and look good naked, look no further. This plan is meant to be used as a macrocycle in your periodized training program, you can re-test and re-use it every 12 weeks.

Bulletproof is built for intermediate to experienced lifters, but if there is a movement you’re not comfortable doing or you don’t have equipment for, you can always modify and/or scale to make sure you’re not missing out on the sweet, sweet gainz.
