Harder to Kill 8 week training plan


Harder to Kill will make you ready for the zombie apocalypse, post-nuclear war fallout, or whatever human history has to throw at you… in 8 weeks you’ll see improvements in strength and conditioning. HTK works because it combines non-linear periodization with metabolic conditioning, which translates to you being really fucking strong. This plan is meant to be used as a macrocycle in your periodized training program, you can re-test and re-use it every 8 weeks.

Harder to Kill is built for intermediate to experienced lifters, but if there is a movement you’re not comfortable doing or you don’t have equipment for, you can always modify or scale to make sure you’re not missing out on the sweet sweet gainz.
