Foundation 12 week training plan


Foundation exists to help you see that you can get really fucking strong without making things too complicated. If you show up every day and do the work, you’ll be surprised how much strength you acquire in 12 weeks. This plan is meant to be used as a macrocycle in your periodized training program, you can re-test and re-use it every 12 weeks.

Foundation is built for rookie to intermediate lifters, but if there is a movement you’re not comfortable doing or you don’t have equipment for, you can always modify or scale to make sure you’re not missing out on the sweet sweet gainz. NO SHAME IN THE MODIFICATION GAME – any modification is better than not doing a movement at all.
